Ondi Hozian is a Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher through Lolita San Miguel’s Pilates Master Mentorship Program and teaches Lolita’s Legacy™ at Club Greenwood in Colorado. A former ballet dancer and Physician Assistant, she teaches the Pilates method with a deep understanding of the body. Ondi is the founder of Pulse Pilates, LLC, a fully equipped home studio, and is passionate about helping others move with purpose, longevity, and joy. She lives in Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and their pup, Chili Rose.
